The Hyaluronan Complete Tissue Staining Kit (HRP) #38822 is expected to stain both high and low molecular weights (MW) of hyaluronan (HA). Note, however, that while hyaluronan-binding protein (HABP) binds all HA equally well, high MW HA has more binding sites for HABP and is more likely to be retained in tissue through fixation and washes than low MW HA. Signal from low MW HA will likely be less intense than that from high MW HA.
