Will the Argonaute 3 (D15D2) Rabbit mAb #5054 cross-react with AGO1, AGO2 or AGO4 proteins?

The peptide sequence used to produce our Argonaute 3 (D15D2) Rabbit mAb #5054 was carefully selected to avoid cross-reaction with other AGO family proteins, including AGO1, 2 and 4. During the development of the antibody we over-expressed a tagged AGO3 expression construct to confirm that the antibody recognizes AGO3. Due to the low conservation of the antigen sequence, we did not test with other AGO constructs.
