Which phospho-Akt (Ser473) antibody do you suggest for paraffin-embedded immunohistochemistry (IHC-P) with human samples?

We have several antibodies for detecting Akt phosphorylation at Ser473 that are validated for IHC-P with human samples. These are:

• Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP® Rabbit mAb #4060
• Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (736E11) Rabbit mAb #3787

We recommend #4060 as the preferred choice for IHC as it gives the strongest signal in this application.
