What is the sensitivity of your PTMScan® assays?

Our PTMScan assays can typically measure peptides at levels of 50 - 100 attomoles. However, this is highly dependent on the peptide and how well it electrosprays in positive ion mode. The dynamic range for our PTMScan assays is between 3-5 orders of magnitude.
