What is the difference between the discontinued anti-rabbit and anti-mouse PE secondary antibodies #8885 & #8887 and their replacements, #79408 & #59997

We have decided to no longer support the anti-rabbit and anti-mouse PE secondary antibodies, #8885 and #8887. We have developed two new secondaries which prove to be superior to the discontinued products: Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (PE Conjugate) #79408 and Anti-mouse IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (PE Conjugate) #59997. These new secondaries have lower background when added to cells that are unlabeled with primary antibody, generating higher signal/noise ratios.
