What is the best titration range to test in order to determine the optimal antibody dilution when using the ProteinSimple system?

When we validate an antibody for Simple Western™ we titrate the antibody dilution against a broad range of lysate concentrations. We recommend testing at least three antibody dilutions (1:10, 1:50 and 1:250) across a range of lysate concentrations (0.1 mg/mL – 1 mg/mL).
