How should I store my antibody?

Proper storage of your antibody may vary depending on the product's storage buffer and antibody conjugation. Therefore, please refer to the "Storage" section of the product webpage or to the product's datasheet for storage instructions for your specific product.

In general, our glycerol-formulated antibodies should be stored in the original tube at -20°C without aliquotting, as this may introduce contamination and loss of volume due to pipetting. These antibodies are provided in a buffer that contains 50% glycerol and do not freeze under these recommended storage conditions. 以防止抗体因反复冻融循环而降解。

Our BSA and azide-free antibodies should be stored at -20°C. These products will freeze at -20°C, so we recommend aliquotting into single-use vials to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. A slight precipitate may be present and can be dissolved by gently vortexing. 这不会干扰抗体性能。

Conjugated antibodies may indicate storage at 4°C or -20°C; please store as suggested on the product datasheet.
