Can I use CST ChIP kits for organoids?

We do not have in-house experience with performing ChIP on organoids, but CST ChIP kits should be compatible with the tissue preparation protocol for ChIP. For tissues, we recommend fixation with 1.5% formaldehyde for 20 min at room temperature with rocking. If the organoid can be easily dissociated into single cell suspension prior to fixation using trypsin, the fixation time can be reduced to 10 min. We recommend using SimpleChIP® Plus Enzymatic Chromatin IP Kit (Magnetic Beads) #9005, as it is more compatible with tissue ChIP and contains additional reagents necessary for chromatin preparation from tissues.
