Product Description
This Cell Signaling Technology® antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye under optimal conditions and formulated at 1.5 mg/mL.
Product Usage Information
The optimal dilution of the anti-species antibody should be determined for each primary antibody by titration. A starting dilution range of 1:800–1:1600 is recommended for frozen tissues, while 1:1000 typically yields optimal results for paraffin-embedded tissues.
Storage
Supplied lyophilized with a formulation of 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M sodium chloride (pH 7.6), 15 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% azide at 4ºC. Reconstitute lyophilized material with 1.1 mL dH2O and centrifuge until clear. The product is stable for six weeks at 4ºC as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -80ºC, or add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS grade or better) to a final concentration of 50% and store at -20ºC. Solutions should be used within 12 months. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Protect from light.
Specificity / Sensitivity
Goat Anti-Feline IgG (H+L) Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) reacts with whole molecule feline IgG. This antibody conjugate also reacts with the light chains of other feline immunoglobulins and may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species; however, it does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
