Product Description
This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Tyr15 of cdc2. The tyrosine residue in the peptide corresponding to Tyr15 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control for kinase assay using Lyn Kinase #7610, but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
