Use as a blocking solution in chromogenic immunohistochemical assays and western blotting. Dilute Animal-Free Blocking Solution (5X) in deionized water to 1X using ddH2O just before use. Always prepare fresh 1X solutions daily.
Storage
Animal-Free Blocking Solution (5X) should be stored at 4ºC and is stable for 12 months. Protect from light.
Product Description
Animal-Free Blocking Solution (5X) is designed for use as a blocking reagent in chromogenic immunohistochemical assays (IHC) and western blotting. This plant-based product contains no animal-derived proteins and can be used to decrease background in place of normal goat serum, BSA, or non-fat dry milk.
